You do not have to plan and get ready on your own.
You can get support from people you trust.
This might be
- Your NDIS provider
- Your family or friends.
You can also get support from community organisations where you live like
- Your council
- Disability Advocacy groups
- Neighbourhood centres
It can happen that your NDIS provider does not
- Support you the way you would like
- Do the things they are meant to do.
If this happens you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
They can tell you what you can do or how to make a complaint.
Complaint means you say what you are not happy about with your NDIS provider.
